This document sets out the terms that govern all use of the nunstar platform, including account creation, gaming, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read carefully before registering or placing any wager.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you unconditionally accept these Terms, the nunstar Privacy Policy, and all additional rules or game-specific policies published on the Platform.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.
2.3 These Terms are effective from the date a Player first registers an Account or, where no Account has been created, from the date the Player first accesses the Platform.
2.4 nunstar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on nunstar, you must at all times:
3.2 nunstar reserves the right to require proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate compliance with the age requirement. Any winnings accumulated in an underage Account are forfeited and non-recoverable.
3.3 It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. nunstar accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player accessing the Platform in violation of local law.
4.1 Each natural person may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent suspension.
4.2 During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
4.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information. Changes to registered information must be submitted to nunstar's support team and are subject to verification before taking effect.
4.4 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password). nunstar will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to protect their Account credentials.
4.5 Players must notify nunstar immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of their Account by contacting support at [email protected].
5.1 nunstar is required by PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all registered Players prior to processing withdrawals or at any time nunstar deems necessary.
5.2 KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:
5.3 Failure to provide KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by nunstar will result in withdrawal suspension and may lead to Account closure. Unverified balances may be held pending compliance review.
5.4 nunstar is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Players must not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
6.1 All deposits to and withdrawals from nunstar Accounts are processed exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). nunstar does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. nunstar reserves the right to adjust the minimum deposit amount at its discretion with reasonable prior notice to Players.
6.3 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of accepted methods is subject to change.
6.4 Players may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
6.5 nunstar does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, Players should be aware that their payment service provider (e.g., GCash, bank) may impose their own transaction fees, which are the Player's sole responsibility.
6.6 Deposited funds may be used solely for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. nunstar reserves the right to refuse deposits at its reasonable discretion, including where AML concerns are identified.
7.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
7.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of nunstar's compliance team. Partially verified Accounts may have withdrawal limits applied.
7.3 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees; delays may occur during peak periods or due to payment provider issues.
7.4 Withdrawals will not be processed where the Player's Real Money Balance includes funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus credits.
7.5 nunstar reserves the right to perform additional security and identity checks before approving withdrawal requests. This may include requesting updated KYC documentation or a brief review period of up to seventy-two (72) hours in unusual circumstances.
7.6 Players who close their Account retain the right to withdraw any verified Real Money Balance held at the time of closure, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC procedures and AML checks.
8.1 nunstar may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, rebate credits, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion.
8.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of fifteen times (15x) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
8.3 Bonus credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or moved between Accounts. Bonuses are awarded to the individual Account only.
8.4 Players may only claim each individual promotional offer once unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple Accounts constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
8.5 nunstar reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of ambiguity regarding the terms of any promotion, nunstar's interpretation shall be final and binding.
8.6 Winnings from free spins or no-deposit bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.
9.1 Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
9.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on a Player's device and the outcome recorded on nunstar's server, the server record shall be authoritative and final.
9.3 nunstar is not responsible for interrupted gameplay due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. If a game round is interrupted before completion, the round outcome will be determined by nunstar's server records when the connection is restored.
9.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. nunstar reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.
9.5 In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or configuration error that results in an obviously incorrect payout or game outcome, nunstar reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund the relevant wagers to the Player's Real Money Balance. This includes situations where a game displays a theoretical maximum payout that is inconsistent with the game's published return-to-player (RTP) parameters.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 Where nunstar reasonably suspects any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, void wagers, and forfeit balances pending investigation. nunstar will cooperate with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies as required.
11.1 nunstar is committed to the principles of responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. nunstar provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from any registered Account:

12.1 nunstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to:
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, nunstar reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Verified Real Money Balances (excluding fraudulently obtained funds) will generally be returned to the Player following satisfactory completion of AML checks, unless otherwise directed by a regulatory or judicial authority.
12.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting nunstar support. Voluntary closures are processed within three (3) business days. Pending withdrawal requests will be completed before closure is finalized.
13.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, and text, is the exclusive property of nunstar or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
13.3 Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in immediate Account suspension and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nunstar's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.2 nunstar shall not be liable for:
14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits nunstar's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
15.1 In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, account action, or payment, the Player must first contact nunstar's Customer Support team via live chat or email within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. nunstar will acknowledge the complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has regulatory jurisdiction over nunstar's operations. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory remit shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.3 nunstar's server logs, transaction records, and game outcome records shall be deemed authoritative evidence in the resolution of any dispute unless a material technical error can be independently demonstrated.
16.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Both nunstar and the Player irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15.
16.3 nunstar's operations are conducted under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players accept that PAGCOR's regulatory rules and directives form part of the framework governing their relationship with nunstar.
17.1 nunstar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this document and in the page header.
17.2 Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, bonus conditions, or payment terms — nunstar will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification.
17.3 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should close their Account before the effective date. Real Money Balances will be returned subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
